Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with SareesByShivay. We take great pride in offering you high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to exchange your purchase. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, we have outlined our Exchange policy.
Exchange Policy:
If you want to exchange a product, you have to email us at  sareesbyshivay@gmail.com within 24 hours. Customers need to raise a request for exchange within 4 days; after this period, customers are not eligible for any type of exchange.
- In the case of receiving a defective product from our side, we will provide an exchange. (T&C*)
- For claiming a defective product, you must send a pre-opening video within 24 hours. If you cannot provide a pre-opening video of the wrong product/parcel, we cannot process your claim for the wrong product.
- We will validate your exchange request only after authorization, starting from the day you receive the package.
- We don’t offer any type of refund, only product exchanges are allowed.
- Agree to our return policy before making any purchase.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- For the designer section, there is no return, exchange, or refund policy.
- For co-ords sets, gown & anarkali, we will exchange only for size issues with the same product. We will not exchange products based on likes & dislikes.

Please mention your Order ID on the parcel.
Additional Conditions:
- Customer will have to parcel after the exchange request got accepted by us.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for exchange.
- Customized products cannot be exchanged.
- Products bought during sale or with any coupon or discount code are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
- Once we receive your product at our warehouse, it will undergo Quality Check (QC). After verifying your parcel from our side, we will process your request.
Disclaimer:Â Model images are only representative. Slight variation in colour, fabric & work is possible due to lighting & flash during the photoshoot.
Note:Â Decoration material like tassels, purse, jewellery, and any other accessory showing in the image are not included with the product. Always check the description before purchase.
Note:Â Any dispute arising between the parties will be settled in Surat Court. Subject to Surat jurisdiction only.
